Winkle courts apartments

I never rested it wasn't handicapped accessible at all no maintenance no stable landlord no nothing it's like a bad dream here no privacy always judgement and unreal.i would never come bk I rather be homeless. Unfortunately I I'm disabled and blind in one eye I was almost raped my apt was vandalized and everyday someone trying to break in. Comes to a note from the apt employee that I'm targeted where's my safety .I am misable and did not get to what's needed die to theft and bad people when just trying to stay on the right path. What to do? How will I get help?Who will understand going to opportunity homes sometime today I pray they can get me out of here. Lmk if any suggestions love B
