Jason Winig has his business along with others at 420 Bainbridge Street. He dumps all the trash and recycling from his businesses at 420 Bainbridge Street onto Monroe Street at the entrance to his parking lot behind his business. I have tried to work with Jason to get him to manage this problem, but he's nasty and verbally abusive and refuses to get a commercial hauler. I have called 311 dozens times, he's gotten tickets and it doesn't seem to bother him. Living on the block where this has been going on for years is awful. For a real estate agent, he has no interest in the community, the eyesore and health hazzard he creates constantly on Monroe Street. He could care less.
Great guys, very kind and fair to work with.
