Myself and my wife was introduced to Charlie and his crew. We were told that they are great at what they do. Our experience was terrible we signed a 3 month contract to sell our house. Any communication after signing was initiated by me. And even then I had to remind him on who I was and my address. So after the 3 months we came off the market and never heard from Charlie or anyone in his crew. In closing this was a very unprofessional experience.

I've known Charlie for many years and have been proud to know him. Each time I call him for reasons that may or may not have anything to do with his Real Estate profession (which by way he is the consummate RE professional with an abundance knowledge of his industry) he is always willing to help me in any way he can. So it's not about him when you call or talk to Charlie it's about you. Congrats Charlie I wish you much success.

Charlie Kriegel was able to get the house we wanted at the price we wanted with three other offers on the table that were all higher than what our offer was - AMAZING!!! If that wasn’t amazing enough he also managed to sell our old home within a month of our offer being accepted on the new house at the price we wanted to receive (higher actually)!!! In less than 60 days we bought, sold and moved with pure ease!!! I absolutely cannot recommend Charlie or any of his team at Winhill enough!!!! They are the BEST!!!!

This has been a nightmare of an experience I signed the purchase contract over 8 times and the agent kept asking for proof of funds which was sent. Then she got and quit communicating with me I don't even think they deserve the one I gave them in the rating. Carolyn Sanchez don't use her she is totally incompetent
