The staff was very nice and professional when I went for my tour of the property. It is very peaceful and quiet. It is accessible to everything and the bus line is and was a plus. The apartment shown was nice, but the kitchens in these units are small, but manageable, if you can adapt to small spaces. All in all, it's just the place for me.

I have been a resident of wingwood for about 13 years. And I've seen many management and maintenance personnel changes the present regime with Freddy in maintenance. Is doing very well, Freddie? Is the best maintenance guy? They need to give him a raise. Freddie is great. I'm physically disabled and freddy helps me every chance he gets

Horrible Experience – Poor Communication and Unacceptable Living Conditions I had high hopes for WingWood Apartments, but my experience has been nothing short of frustrating and disappointing. From the very beginning, communication with the management team has been a nightmare. Reaching them is nearly impossible—you can forget about returned emails or phone calls. Despite leaving over 20 voicemails and making multiple calls over six days straight, I never got a response. The only option was to go into the office, which wasn’t always open, adding to the frustration. The move-in experience was even worse. My move-in date was changed multiple times because vendors weren’t punctual or prepared, making the process feel rushed and unprofessional. The apartment itself was in terrible condition:

Words can't even express how I feel about this place coz it's more than just loving the living in this area - and you can tell by looking at the people who lives around this neighborhood that this place is called home. My commendations to the manager Ms. Maggie - you are beautifully blessed it makes you so awesome!
