Wingate at Belle Meadows Apartments

I've been living at Wingate apartments for 3 years. The new management team is amazing!! Work orders are executed immediately. Trash isn't running over in the dumpsters anymore, that's a plus for me!! The staff is hospitable, never had to deal with negative attitudes. Looking for a clean environment, and great staff, I'd recommend Wingate at Belle Meadows.

I have lived here over 5 years and the new management has really improved the property. All empty units have been completely remodeled and really nice. Shani, the manager, is really involved and ensures any issues are resolved.

I’ve been living at Wingate at Belle Meadows Apartments for over a year now, and I have to say—it’s been one of the best decisions I’ve made for affordable, comfortable living in the Dayton area. From the moment I moved in, the transformation from the renovations really stood out. The place feels fresh and modern, especially compared to older complexes I’ve seen around Trotwood and nearby spots. The apartments themselves are spacious and well-designed. I went with a 2-bedroom unit, and it’s got plenty of room for my family without feeling cramped. The newly-remodeled kitchen is a highlight—those granite-inspired countertops and shaker-style cabinets give it a upscale vibe that you don’t always get at this price point. Stainless steel appliances are a nice touch too; everything works smooth

I Been staying here almost a year and really like staying in theses one of my best experiences I had with apartments. they are a nice size and they always come fix whatever you need done in 1-2 days

I have been here for around 2 months. For starters I would suggest really viewing the apartment that you will be leasing and not the demo. My apartment was half updated compared to the one I originally viewed. I have had several repairs needing fixed since I got here but maintenance has not made their way to me yet. The office staff is nice. My apartment overall is nice but it definitely is not as updated as what I thought. I would love to be here awhile but maintenance needs to be better for sure.I think overall this is a nice place to live and would recommend overall *update- I have now been here about a year almost. As stated I love my apartment. Not sure what’s going on with maintenance but that’s my biggest issue. It is what you make it. Stay to yourself and you will be fine. Highly s
