Wine Country Estate Management

We rented an adorable house in Sonoma through them. The house was super clean when we arrived. All contact with this company was fantastic. They responded quickly and are very friendly and easy to work with. We had no problems!

I booked the Cypress Bungalows property through Wine Country Estate Management in Sonoma. The property is stunning and great for a family. Being able to have two separate homes on the property, 2 additional areas for people to stay (Water Tower and Office), the pool, the barn and the gym on one property is a family vacations dream! The property is nicely decorated and perfect for hosting! I worked with Tyler while booking this and he was accommodating and very responsive the entire time. I will definitely be booking other properties through them for future trips to Sonoma, Napa, and even Montana!

Laurie and Tyler poorly managed our rental. Rodents crawled up into the walls and died. We were asked to let the smell dissipate. The sewer backed up into the shower. The hot water heater and air conditioning died. The fireplace did not work all winter long and when their handyman took the remote to fix it, we were charged $450 for the missing remote. Unit was not walked with mgmt when we left and deposit was not returned on time. No discount. No apology. Terrible service that is likely against the tenant protection act.
