Windy Plains Rental Homes

Do not rent here. Evergreen Live took over and they are either evil or incompetent. They take weeks for maintenance requests, they don't answer the phone line, and they charge extraneous fees that are impossible to remove. We haven't had hot water in 10 days and there's still no indication that repairs are scheduled. The online maintenance request says it was scheduled for a week ago today. Just look up reviews on Google and on BBB for "Evergreen Live" before deciding to move here.

Update: Rent keeps getting raised. At this point its kind of annoying. Like almost every year it's going up (please don't mention inflation, cause they keep upping it with or without it 🙃). The staff is still great, but the big people who are pulling the strings suck. We've been here about a year now and we absolutely love it here! The housing manager is so sweet! The maintenance staff are friendly and quick. We enjoy living here. It's very family friendly.

The staffs are very nice and units are well kept. Every time I requested for a service, the maintenance crew are respectful and friendly. The office personnel are also nice, no complaints. This is located in one of the safest place in Clovis and in the Mesa school district, highly recommend it.

Where do I begin? Nothing I can say that others have not said on yelp and here. This has been my worst experience as a renter. From the kids running rampant and causing property damage, throwing eggs, stealing off doorways to the lack of maintenance. Don't get us started on the ignorant, unprofessional management Joegenia. DEI needs to hire a professional. You can't ever use the fitness room because they will close the office for personal errands. Good luck getting through on the phone or even finding anyone in the office 9 times out of 10.These use to be base housing and they are very poorly built. Prepare to hear every single step oh and for the wind to blow your actual house! If you are stationed here then just ride it out. I can't imagine anyone moving here if they didn't have too. Lo

I give this place minus minus minus zero . Property manager DO NOT CARE , needless to say management company who bought this place . They just want to take your money and screw you over ! From maintenance to everything else they are all a piece of work. They are all here to screw your pockets and they do not care about us residents . I feel really sorry for people who need to use this company and rent here . All the "wonderful" reviews here are BOGUS! They screw you with money, deposits , lies , maintenance , and all kinds of non sense if I start to make a list I won't have space for this review.
