Windwood Apartments

We moved in here August of 2025 and it is AWESOME!! It is very quiet, clean and the neighbors are GREAT! We've had such a great experience here. We had neighbors stop and helped us moving in some heavy stuff! I'm in my 60s and can't move things like I used to. My hubby was struggling with a dresser and a neighbor stopped, got out of her car and grabbed the hand trucks and moved this in our apartment helping my husband! Another time my husband lost his wedding band after dark going to the dumpster and a neighbor got out and helped us look for it; she found it! I highly recommend living here. ABSOLUTELY DO NOT MOVE HERE. Living in this place was nine years of pure disappointment, and the moment the new management took over, the whole property turned into a nightmare. The old owners actually cared. These new ones? They act like the residents are nothing but walking rent checks. In my personal experience, things went missing from apartments and management treated it like it was no big deal. Instead of helping or taking responsibility, they hid behind excuses and acted like you were crazy for expecting basic safety. They smile in your face, pretend to be helpful, and then turn around and twist the situation however benefits them. They’ll tell you one thing to your face — “you can leave if you don’t feel safe” — and the second you actually leave, they slap you with bogus fees, cl

And today Johan and Alex both did a great job tending to my work orders they’re nice and efficient I like my apartment team. Sheila and Rosa are the best they take time to help and listen and make sure you’re all set for your new home it’s quiet and safe at windwood they gave me a chance to have my own place. I like my place and it’s walking distance from food and groceries and gas all in all a good place to start anew ❤️

Office staff are very polite and nice! Overall ,apartments are very small and hot ! Hotel looking a/c in the wall doesnt doesnt work in living room,rent is high ,no pool , patios are falling apart and boards are falling off! Termites everywhere!mildew on the ceiling from water ! Fences coroted
