Windward Place Apartments

I’ve had the pleasure of collaborating with Lora, one of the Leasing specialists, on several resident events within this community. She is always welcoming, accommodating, and friendly, making every interaction a positive experience. The events she helps organize are consistently well received, with strong participation from residents, which speaks to her dedication and care. Even though supporting these events is part of my job, I genuinely enjoy and look forward to coming to this property because of the vibrant community atmosphere she helps create.

Just moved in and cannot say enough about how wonderful and easy this experience has been! HUGE SHOUT OUT to Trey! That man deserves a promotion and a raise. Excellent customer service, communication, and follow-through. Loving our apartment and the location is amazing. Grounds and pool are beautifully kept and I think Robert is the name of the gentleman who takes care of all the gorgeous flowers and landscaping - so well done and obviously well cared for. Was just planning to stay until we find a house, but at this point we are in no hurry!

Great property! Definitely ask to deal with Lora. She’s very friendly and incredibly helpful and knows her stuff! Great proximity to good trails if you’re a nature lover or dog owner. Some of the floor plans are a bit more unique than most apartment communities (nooks, built in bookshelves, extra kitchen counter space, etc). Also…garages!…and great staff all around. 👍👍

I enjoy being at Windward. It's peaceful and quiet. I like that it's very safe and it's kid-friendly. The only issue I have is that some of the cosmetic maintenance in the apartment that I'm in was poorly repaired. For example, my bathroom sink has a lot of nasty rust inside of it and it look like it was covered up with like some white spackle or paint. So now when I'm running water I'll clean them my bathroom especially the sink. The paint is peeling off when you seeing nothing but rust underneath the paint and around the faucet. Also in the shower area around the faucet where they were using caulk to seal up holes I guess was poorly done now is starting to crack and the faucet is moving. Other than that, I don't mind living at Windward place apartments at all. It's a very cool place.

Alex Berry was an awesome tour guide! He was very knowledgeable about the community and gave great insights on it as well.
