Run. the. other. way. The leasing office women are so bipolar. Some days you walk in and they’re cheery and happy, other days you walk in and they are rolling their eyes huffing and puffing about helping you. The team is NEVER on the same page and they will all tell you different things. Our door lock randomly stopped working so we got the lock changed. They gave us keys that don’t work. They change lock again and lock the keys inside (locking us out). They change the lock again only giving us 2 keys, there were 3 of us. They ALMOST changed the lock without our permission because they didn’t have a universal key to this lock. Just when you think it’s done, they change the lock again. Do not get me started on the carpet. They put $1600 in our portal for carpet damages. We lived in an apt th

I've been a tenant since 2016, paid rent on time, no violations, no hanging out in the office bothering the staff or the maintenance crew. They just jacked up my rent over $160 per month. Meanwhile, people are moving in off the streets getting 6 weeks free rent! How's that for loyalty????

6/28/22- I have to update this, after moving out and giving 90 days notice of breaking my lease early, my apartment was rented out and they are still charging me a month and half termination fee. So disappointed it ended like this. Prior review: The views can’t be beat, and the staff has been nothing but helpful. I was out of town for two weeks and I pay my rent via check, I got sick ended up being out of town longer, and obviously while I was sick did not mail a check. When I returned there was a late fee until I explained the situation and they removed it, VERY understanding. Gym/ pool are great, and location can’t be beat. Maintenance staff are kind, prompt and patient! Check this place out while you can!

If you’re looking for somewhere to live that is overpriced, amenities do NOT work/not open half of the time, AC broken *multiple times* which results in very expensive bills, and you never want to see your deposit again PLUS owing $$ at the end for things you wrote down on your move in check list—> this is your place!!!! After reading reviews about them taking deposits & owing at the end due to “carpet replacement”, I agree with every person on here. They WILL gladly take your money. Don’t expect to get a cent back, prepare to owe hundreds of dollars extra, and definitely don’t expect an email or phone call back :) Good luck! You’d be better off setting your money on fire! :)

Update: As you'll see below, they advised an email was sent to me in May. I asked for the email to be resent because it was not in my email. I was then told that the email couldn't be sent since it was from an employee who was not employed anymore. They provided 4 pictures, 3 of them the carpet was already ripped up. No evidence could be provided as to why they elected to rip up the carpet. I enjoyed the staff while living on the property—they were kind. During my move-out walkthrough, the Assistant Manager said everything looked good and I’d likely receive my full deposit back, pending a UV check of the carpet. I lived in the unit for two years with normal wear and tear (and was even told this by management). I moved out in early May and followed up about the deposit but received no re
