Windward Apartments

Hoping this might help someone. When I first moved in, I had to fight for them to change my toilet because there was a huge crack in the bowl from the inside out. The manager refused to change it because it wasn't "leaking". So, I have to wait for the day I sit on the toilet and there's stuff all over the floor? The cabinet in the kitchen had mold behind the paint. The people they partner with to do their paint jobs are disgusting! They tried to cover it up by putting a piece of wood over it. They had to come numerous times to "fix it". Finally, they had the maintenance man remove the panel. When I asked him if the wood had mold, he admitted there was. But he barely wanted to admit to it. They would take things off of my porch without permission. They went into my apartment to fix some

As the delegated spectrum Rep assigned to this community, I have nothing but good things to say! Trinidad in the leading office is absolutely Delightful, always helpful and always attentive! Also … I’ve noticed the community is kept immaculately clean at all times.

The moment I walked in I had a very great expierence. Trinidad is very welcoming and gave me all the information I needed. If the waiting list was not so long I would of moved in yesterday! I can tell that this place would be a great because even maintenance was respectful and perfessional . I recommend not alone the apartments but the expierence she gave me . Trinidad thank you!

Its been a great place for me to live in and very peaceful and quiet. Ms. Ilene have been very helpful and cares for her tenants needs here at Winward Apartments. Keep up the good work and for having me as a resident.

Eileen the leasing manger is just a wonderful lady. She juggles alot but is one of the nicest and understanding leasing manger to work with. It's a small community and decent neighbors. I like it. Close to everything. Literally. So many cute doggies. Very pet friendly. Apts and landscaping are kept nicely.
