Windsor Village Apartments

So for the most part it’s a nice place to live. They accommodated me and my husband when he lost his job. But the buildings aren’t up to code, my ceiling in the kitchen has leaked for 3 years and they “tried to fix it” but it’s still leaking, and THEY ONLY HAVE 1 HOT WATER HEATER FOR THE ENTIRE COMPLEX. So as of right now with it being a cold month (January of 2024) we have no hot water. This is the first time in my entire life where I have had to share the hot water tank with other people the idiots behind me are always playing music late at night as lout as they can without concern for others around them and the complex doesn’t care

The receptionist lady barely speak English. You can’t see an apartment unless you pay for an application fee and fill out an application. Thy don’t have a website. Zero star would have been much better.

Definitely not worth the money, Lived here 4 years, some of the people the management allows to stay here, lower the property value alone. Management is poor, neighborhood is shady. not a quiet place and certainly not a safe place, gunshots are frequent. Management does not care. Maintenance is the best thing about this place, besides that pure ghetto day and night. Find a better place for yourself and children.

The townhouse are over priced the hot water gets turn off twice a week. The office managers are super cool and great people. Noise volume is not a problem the neighbors are very respectful. Maintenance always comes the same day fix any problems. Good job guys.

Horrible Neighborhood (Updated) Management is decent and Maintenance is extremely good. But the people you will find yourself living next to is truly unsettling and the management team does absolutely nothing about that, gunshots often, loud music day and night, the neighbors park on the grass often with no regard for covering our walkway. Not safe for your children at late. 2.5 Stars, Gunshots again, loud and ghetto neighbors, there is a reason why these apartments do not reply to reviews.
