Windsor Totem Lake Apartments

I recently moved here from the Bay Area, and choosing Windsor Totem Lake has turned out to be one of the best housing decisions I’ve made. When I first picked this apartment, I hadn’t toured it in person — I relied only on my friend’s recommendation and the virtual tour on the website. Moving in, I was pleasantly surprised to find that everything exceeded my expectations. The location feels very safe, with the police station and a senior living community right next door. It’s also super dog-friendly — there’s a trail nearby where lots of dogs and their owners walk every day. Seeing that happy, lively atmosphere is honestly very healing. This is my favorite place I have ever lived in my life, more than my childhood home or my condo that I owned myself!! I can’t speak to other floorplans, but the studio that I live in and the one bedroom that I toured have genius floorplans! Whoever thought to triple a hallway as a spacious kitchen and the space into which all other doors open deserves a Nobel prize for architecture lol! What a brilliant multi-use of space to add extra space to the living area!!! My kitchen in my studio apartment is bigger than in my previous two bedroom apartment as a result!! I've had great experience with the office staff at Windsor Totem Lake - they're always quick to respond and helpful. Kaleb especially went above and beyond in helping me resolve a storage room issue and stayed on top of it throughout the process. The apartment location is nice and quiet, which I really appreciate.

George gave us great service. We had an issue with the dishwasher, and even though he originally came for another service, he took the time to fix the dishwasher problem as well. He explained everything clearly and was very helpful. Really appreciate his support.

This a great place to love in when it comes to cleanliness and amenities. The maintanence team is just amazing at helping us with repairs in our house and its usually on the same day we placed the maintanence request. The management is just great too at helping us with problems. George was so helpful in leaving us with an extra pair of house keys when we werent able to find ours
