Windsor Ridge Apartments

I’ve been living here for almost a year and have put in a couple of maintenance requests. Every time, the team has been quick and reliable. Carlos from the maintenance team has been especially great to work with. He is responsive, friendly, and gets the job done efficiently. The issues were resolved quickly and thoroughly, and everything was left clean afterward. Really appreciate the consistent support from the team.

I lived at Windsor Ridge Apartments in North Austin for three years. Overall, it is a very attractive community with a great location. I particularly appreciated the convenience of the area and the quality of the appliances in the units. The property was generally well-maintained in terms of landscaping and appearance when I first moved in. However, there were several ongoing issues during my time there. The most concerning problem was security. There were multiple vehicle break-ins throughout the years. On one occasion, approximately 32 cars had their windows smashed overnight. Additionally, exterior gates were frequently broken and did not close properly, allowing unrestricted access to non-residents. This created a persistent safety concern. I never write reviews but I’m writing one to say that Hannah is amazing. Anything I need she is the most competent, kind, efficient person I’ve ever worked with at any of the Windsor Properties I’ve lived at. If I have a problem she addresses it fully at the moment or takes care of it within 24 hours. All the other office staff are nice but Hannah should be running the place. Also the maintenance folks are lovely and very very fast solved all my issues super quick 👍

The property is beautiful and I’ve been excited to move in for months. I am new to living on my own and Victoria has been nothing less than exceptional. She’s answered my every question in depth, been extremely patient and assisted me all through the process. I love the amenities offered and this place truly feels like it will be my home. All of the front desk has been excellent, but Victoria has really been amazing.

This review is mainly for an event I held at Windsor Ridge although I have been a resident for almost a year. My now husband and I held a welcome gathering for friends and family before our wedding in the clubhouse. This space was large, spacious and very clean. At one point the AC did start dripping on some guests from the ceiling though. The event itself went well, but the communication leading up to it did not. I was charged a $250 fee, originally $500, to use my own clubhouse. Staff was not attentive and lost our documents and then would make us refill them out. There was lost communication between staff members and we did not receive consistent messaging from the same person. I will chalk this up to a con of working with a large company.
