Windsor Place Apartments

Lived here for 1 year. 6.2020 through 6.2021. I thought it was pretty decent for the most part. Pros: The rooms were big and ample closet space. Close to the water and shopping. They have upgraded some of the grounds there so it feels nicer. It is fairly quiet and safe. Maintenance always addressed issues in a timely manner. Office staff were nice. Fairly clean. Third Floor has a Vaulted Ceiling in the Living and Dining Room. Cons: What I didn't like was the lack of parking at night. There aren't that many spaces for the amount of parking spaces. Often, I had to go around a few times to find one. I think they should assign at least one parking space per apartment. Also, I didn't like that you had to run the water for like 10 minutes before it became warm. How are we supposed to conserve

Great apartment, lots of room, everything works. Window screen had a tear, maintenance was there same day to fix it. Price is very fair for how big the apartment is. The only cons I can think of are walls are a bit thin (pretty standard) and hallways have a bit of a smell, but apartments smell good. Alyssa is very friendly and is the main reason I ended up picking the place as she helped show me the room and answered any questions I had while other apartments in the area didn’t seem to care if I moved in or not.

Had a good experience here. We lived in the two bedroom apartment for about a year. Neighbors were quiet and staff were quick to solve issues. There were usually parking spots close to our room. Rooms were spacious and master bedroom had a walk in closet.

In the 2.5 months I spent looking for an apartment, Windsor by far has been be easiest and kindest to deal with. They made the initial application process completely stress free. Christina, the property manager, was extremely on top of things. She replied to my emails and questions right away and was there for each step in the process. From first contacting to application and tour it was beyond expected and much better than any other complex I had reached out to during the previous 2.5 months. I would highly recommend just on that alone, but these apartments also come with many important features with a price that is worth it. In unit washer and dryer hookups, they rent laundry units (large capacity) for a lower than average fee as well, the neighborhood is extremely quiet, the speed bumps

I have lived here for almost 5 months now and don’t have any complaints! Maintenance is fast, he always comes the next day to fix the issue. Neighbors are respectful. I have had plenty of packages sent to my apartment and never had any issue with stealing. Landscaping is kept up with too and overall a good area :).
