Lived here for years because moving is such a hassle but this property is not great. Multiple maintenance staff don’t know enough English to understand “I’m locked out, the door battery is dead”, MY DOOR HAD ALSO BEEN FORCED OPEN BY STAFF SO MANY TIMES A HAMMER AND CROWBAR FORCED IT OPEN IN LESS TIME THAN IT TOOK TO INPUT THE CODE! Supposed to be a non smoking property, they refuse to do anything about the pot heads. Floors and walls are so thin you can hear and feel your neighbors wild parties going till well after midnight. Insulation is minimal and windows seal poorly, good luck keeping the place a comfortable temp in the middle of winter or during triple digits. Communication from the front office was horrible. Yes yes yes! We just moved in and already love this place. The grounds are nice and quiet and all of the staff is professional and extremely helpful. Special shoutout to Nery, she made the move in process and paperwork SO easy for us and was a big reason why we moved to the complex. It's great to know that the office will actually communicate with you promptly and take your concerns seriously. The unit was super clean, updated, and doesn't look like it got the "landlord special" like some of the other complexes around here. We moved in about 5 days ago, brought up a few very minor concerns to Nery about the unit yesterday and maintenance has already come by to fix them. I would highly recommend this place!

Adriana was very helpful and responsive! Unfortunately I cancelled my application, but the process was very quick and smooth. I previously lived here and I can say Adriana is definitely an upgrade and asset to the company! My calls and emails were always answered or i received a call back. If something that better fit my needs were to come up, it would be worth the wait!!!

Nice apartment homes but they'll charge you $400 in amenities fees when half the gym equipment hasn't been working for months. You'll also be charged monthly maintenance fees but expect to wait for months just to have someone from maintenance come to your unit to take care of a problem. Leasing office staff is rude & there is always a lack of communication.
