Windsor Park

Of my 6 months living here and having visited a few places previously, I kind of like it here. The gym and pool are not as nice as advertised, but it is A fairly quiet community with mostly grad students. The internet isn’t always the fastest and their is cable inclusive in the rent. I’ve been to the gym twice. The equipment is quite outdated and sparse. Somethings don’t work and the pool is always dirty. I moved in during the fall. I didn’t see anyone clean the pool for weeks and then winter came, so I never got to use the pool. The only thing management seems to care about is the grass and bugs. I have never seen a palmetto bug in my unit yet (but I guess living on the second floor helps). Also, I think they cut the grass every 10 days or so because it’s quite pointless to sleep in. I

This is more of a hands off approach to condo/apartment living. The leasing office is always closed. The pool and gym are maintained by ghosts (not a complaint) and are just sort of there. They don't necessarily add a ton of appeal. If you need a place to live, this place is probably fine. Although, I'm sure there are better values out there.

Windsor Park needs its property keep up better. There is no Land scaping that i see. No mulch around the Trees and hedge bushes. The paint is scraped off because of the termite inspection Months ago. It was never repainted. The pool is never cleaned properly. The Hot Tub has broken tyle and the jets are not working properly. Poor Drainage around the Buildings. In the Brease Ways the cement is stained which makes it look poorly maintained. The Trees need to be trimmed. The roots are out of the ground. Need mulch around them. The light fixtures outside need to be upgraded. Need to have an onsite Maintenace crew to keep the place up.

I think that the poor experience we are having Bosshart Property Management and the HOA are to blame. The unit supposedly had a "professional carpet cleaning" but we vacuum a bag full of junk everyday. How is that even possible? Also, the Gainesville Health Department closed de swimming pool and the hot tub for unsanitary conditions!!! I called Bosshart and left a message asking when would that be corrected and so far....no reply. Very disheartening. The worst part is that I also called the Heath Department and was informed that the pool situation is NOT NEW. The "gym" is is disarray and really dirty. Thanks God is 1 year lease and I can't wait for it to be over!!!

I have lived here for more than a year and I really like it. All the units are 2b2b or 3b3b, and there are only two floors at the highest. Thus, the community is very quiet and no crowded at all. Really enjoying peaceful and it is perfect for keeping social distance during pandemic. The parking lots are always sufficient. A very convenient location. 10 mins drive distance to UF and Shands hospital. There is a bus stop at the entrance of the community. Very frequent bus routes, close to the starting station and always have a seat. 5-10 mins to Butler Plaza (Whole Foods, Sams, Best Buy, Walmart, etc.) and University Towne Center Plaza (YouFit Health Clubs, Oriental Food Market, Yummy house, Nine Spices Fondue, SOHAO, Kongfu Tea, Tea Bestea, etc). The plants and properties are well maintained
