I had an amazing experience touring this property, all thanks to Jasper Henderson. From the moment I arrived, Jasper was warm, professional, and incredibly knowledgeable. He made the entire touring process smooth and comfortable, answering all of my questions with patience and transparency. He didn’t rush me or pressure me — instead, he really took the time to understand what I was looking for and highlighted features that matched my needs. The property itself is absolutely beautiful. The grounds are well-maintained, clean, and inviting. The amenities are modern and thoughtfully designed, and the units are spacious with great natural light and quality finishes. You can tell the community is well cared for and managed with pride. What truly stood out, though, was Jasper’s customer service

1/3 2026 Edit: Have you ever heard a fire alarm go off for so long you thought you were hearing things? Well around 3:30, I woke up to the electricity completely shutting off. Give or take 3 seconds later everything fully turned on but right after that the fire alarms upstairs started ringing. I apologize to anyone who had to endure that at ground zero of the complex, but I kid you not that sound had enough power to let me ears ring. And those alarms kept ringing, up until 4:45 in the morning, when the fire department finally pulled up; mind you they are a 9 minute WALK from the building. And they took their sweet time because I finally managed to fall asleep after waiting 20 minutes for them to fix these alarms. I’ve lived in several Windsor communities over the years, and the experience has always been excellent. Now that I’m looking to move to Windsor Morningside, I’m really impressed with how well-maintained, organized, and welcoming this community is. It has the same high standards and great atmosphere that made me trust Windsor in the first place. I was also pleasantly surprised to reconnect with Andrea Ojito De Leon, who helped me years ago at another Windsor location. She has always been friendly, professional, and incredibly helpful, and seeing her on the leasing team here gave me even more confidence in choosing this community. Overall, Windsor Morningside offers everything I love about Windsor communities, now in a new area that fits exactly what I’m looking for. Highly recommended! An

People thinking about moving into this building need to be informed.. the building is an awesome location and the sprouts is great.. but management is horrendous.. honestly all they really care about is your rent. There is no upkeep..let’s just get to the super reality of this building, it isn’t safe. Watch the most recent video and determine for yourself.. I posted this same situation 8 months ago in a video of complete access to the unsafe building.. nothing has changed. The new video was a week ago…if you want more I am super happy to elaborate my 5 years with “Windsor Properties”

While the apartment complex does have its issues—as you can see from other reviews—the management team, especially Charlotte, consistently takes care of any problems we have, and always in a timely manner. Emergencies are handled in less than a day, and they genuinely care about making sure you enjoy living here. That alone makes it worth it for me. I’ve even had friends move in, and they’ve had the same positive experience with no complaints.
