I have lived at the Windsor apartments for a very short time only a year but in that year anytime anything had happened anything would break Rossana and Ceaser were on top of it if you ever have any concerns or questions Rossana is the 1st to answer them all the neighbours are wonderful. It’s a quiet clean place to live.

When I came back to Modesto, I had two weeks to pack up my house in San Francisco. I stumbled over this hidden gem. "Melrose Place" :-) Then one of the apartments opened up and I grabbed it! Nice, social community. Grounds are well kept and they allow dogs! Best small community I've lived in. I do a lot of traveling for business, so my neighbor has a key and takes my dogs out. I have a key to her place and take her dog out. Up beat, friendly manager is nice to deal with and very open. If there is a waiting list. try to get in.....and the topper for me was how respectful, all of the neighbors will become "family". Come join Mini "Melrose Place" The Windsor's you won't regret it.

When I started my search for a place in Modesto I found the Windsor Apartments and Rossana was very helpful. She was informative and very patient. She did a wonderful job showing me around and letting me know what shopping centers were around the apartments. Thank you Rossana.

Rossana is the best property manager ever . Friendly and a women of action . Caesar in maintenance does his job like a God. Exceptional staff

Rossana and Caesar are always a phone call away and are always quick to respond whenever there has been an issue. Management and maintenance have been great and I highly recommend Windsor to anyone looking for a quiet and well-run community.
