Windsor Mews Apartments

Neighbor just rushed to ER! Why? Stung by a wasp. She called the office last week and told them she was allergic and wasps were getting in her apt. They did nothing. Told her that pest extermination isn't covered in her lease. Now she could die. I complained too. About the wasps. Another neighbor put out wasp traps all over the complex in the Spring and they cut them down. .I guess since other people are looking for cheap places to rent, you are easily replaceable. Just don't inconvenience them by dying in the apt or falling down the wobbly stairs with no railings. It really pisses them off....... Another car broken into guess where? 2nd update.. realized my comment made the maintenance men look bad. It's not them, I've never had a problem with them, they can only do what they are allowed to do. They can't fix something if owner/office won't pay for it. And they don't get paid well compared to other complexes. I believe when I made my original comment about what wasn't done, they were short staffed because finding someone to work here at pay rate is difficult.. It's office management or the owner not willing to take care of the place. A car was stolen last week.. why? Because the lighting is so bad they CAN steal a car without being seen.. I dont leave reviews but i would give negative stars if possible. We just recently moved out and have still had non stop issues with them. The maintenance workers are super friendly and ive never had an issue with them and talked regularly on dog walks, but the property managers have been nothing but rude, talk down to us, have been manipulative and even tried to gaslight me when bringing up concerns. They tried to claim back rent and say we signed for more than we did but we never got a copy of our release and it is not the same one i signed but i dont have a copy to prove it. I would give less than 1 stars if possible. The staff: incredibly rude, lazy, and miserable office workers. Pretty everything you don’t want from a landlord they have in spades. Every time you contact them, expect them to act like you are a personal affront to their existence. Maintenance people are fine. The apartment: Building always smells and has dogs barking like crazy at all hours. Problems with mold and mice in the bottom floors. Had to buy two dehumidifiers just to battle the mold and it still only somewhat helped. One of the cheapest apartments in the area and still way overpriced for how outdated and run down the apartments are. I was going to apply for a 2 bedroom apartment but I was being denied because I didn't make 850 × 3 gross pay to qualify to rent. Even though my background, credit, work, and references came thru I did qualify for the room to rent due to my gross worker wages. The 300$ was there to hold the apartment until I was informed that I was accepted and when I approved I would only have 48 to cancel. They had my name email and phone number, I was never contacted by them. I found a new place to live so I went back to get my deposit. They refused to return it to me. Not even remembering my name or info, but stated that they contacted me but by showing my phone's email and call history I proved that never did, right to there faces and they still refused saying "you sighed this " but I underlined there
