Windsor Kingstowne Apartments

I would not recommend this complex for a few reasons. This was easily the worst apartment complex experience I’ve ever had. And that includes many states, and overseas living. To be fair, I am sure not everyone had this issue, but they have an extreme raccoon infestation in my building. It was 6078. I ended up not finishing my lease and breaking it early. When I toured, and asked about any pest issues, I was flat out lied to. On my exact move in date, my neighbor came to tell me about the racoons in the attic, and how awful and loud they are at night. I had to endure this for months, listening to screaming racoons, which is also embarrassing for guests, and the leasing office is also awful. I recently moved to the apartment community and I am thrilled this my new home. The team, especially Tsehai, made the move in so smooth. I relocated from out of state and everything I experienced before and after the move in was spot on!!! Great team, clean, friendly, pet friendly community. I feel safe. The apartments have been renovated, I love the fire place and no carpet. I highly recommend it. Everyone in the leasing office are responsive, welcoming, etc. The maintenance team is also amazing!!! I am so happy this is my home. Location is also ideal to shopping areas and access to main streets and highways.

I’ve had a fantastic experience living in Windsor kingstowne! The apartment is spacious, clean, and well-maintained, with all the modern amenities I was looking for. The location is perfect—safe, peaceful, and close to everything I need. A big thank you to Tsehai who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She is incredibly professional, patient, and responsive from the first viewing to move-in day. I really appreciated their transparency and genuine effort to help me find the perfect place. I’m very happy and comfortable in my new home, and I truly recommend this apartment and the agent Tsehai to anyone looking for a great place to live!

I have been a resident here since 2017. I feel that the entire staff here looks out for you and makes you feel like home. I once lost my college class ring on the property and this awesome staff found it, safeguarded it and returned it to me. So awesome!!! Everyone smiles and act as though they work at a theme park. I wanted to take a special aside and recognize Ena. She is an amazing maintenance manager and she needs a huge pay raise Now!!! She went the extra mile in helping me upgrade some areas in my apartment and advising me how to get it done. Thanks a million Ena!!! Thanks also to Henry, Brandy, Yanira, Tsehai….so cool!!!

I'm extremely happy living at Windsor Kingstown! The apartment is beautiful, the community is peaceful, and the nearby Fairfax County schools are excellent — a huge plus for my family. Special thanks to Tsehai, our leasing agent, who made the entire process smooth and stress-free. She was responsive, patient, and truly caring throughout. Highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality home and great service!
