Windsor Interlock Apartments

I had a great experience renewing my lease with Winsor Interlock. The process was smooth, professional, and well-communicated from start to finish. Media was helpful and responsive throughout the process, and Andrea truly made the difference in my decision to stay. She went above and beyond, was incredibly attentive. They made the entire renewal process feel seamless and reassuring. It’s refreshing to work with a team that genuinely cares about its residents.

I’ve now been here for six months, and the management and cleaning teams here deserve their flowers! Q and Madia helped my move-in go smoothly and always called me back if there was a missed call. Also, the amenities were one of the reasons I decided to move here, and the cleaning team that keeps the gym/spa areas clean and put together are so kind. Not to mention the maintenance is always so quick to fix issues, communicate, and just nice people in general! I live in a 1 bd + it’s quiet, private, and I love my views of Midtown. I can always find parking too which is a bonus. I have loved every aspect of my move-in and living situation here, and it exceeds any apartment experience I’ve had prior!

I have LOVED my time living at Windsor Interlock! I moved in last April and the leasing team, maintenance team, and community itself have all been so wonderful. I always can find parking, theres so much good food in the area, and my S2 unit is the perfect size. Cannot say enough good things!

I just want to take a moment to share how great my move-in experience was, thanks to Jasper and Madia. From the very beginning, everything went so smoothly, and they truly helped make what can be a stressful time feel easy and stress-free. I was especially grateful that everything worked out perfectly so I could move in before my lease ended at my previous place. They took the time to explain everything clearly and treated me with so much professionalism and kindness. Because of them, I felt genuinely welcomed and comfortable as I prepare to move into my new home at Windsor Interlock.

Q was absolutely amazing! He is incredibly professional and gave an excellent tour of this immaculate building. I wanted a residence outside of the typical rectangular shaped space. He followed up with me and shared the perfect floorpan for my family. If it weren't for him I would have never found this charming floorpan. Thanks, Q! The features are high end, gorgeous skyline views, and convenient amenities. I have been very well taken care of by multiple staff members including Jasper, Madia and Natalie. Very professionally managed building in a great neighborhood full of dining and entertainment.
