If you are searching for University of Florida dorms or housing near UF, I highly recommend looking at Windsor Hall Dorms. My daughter lives here and signing early ended up being one of the best decisions we made during the UF housing process. Like many UF families, we were worried about finding good freshman housing near the University of Florida, especially with how long the housing list is in Gainesville. Once we secured a space at Windsor Hall, it completely removed that stress of waiting and allowed our daughter to focus on preparing for her first year at UF. I have been staying at Windsor during this year and I really like it! The staff are really nice and the room are more spacy then I thought they’d be!! It has been a really great experience so far!

Great place to live close to campus! The staff are very helpful and attentive. Great price for a great room, along with the amenities! Would recommend for any PACE student looking for a good price that’s close to campus

If you are a PACE student looking for dorm-like apartment complex, don't. Lived here from 2024-2025 and it was an alright experience. Leasing Office staff is nice but not very communicative. Half way through the year our upstairs neighbor experienced a leak and caused a small flood on our roof. Informed the leasing office and they told us that they'd have repairmen to "check water levels" while me and my roommate were away. We both came back to our entire kitchenette wall being gutted and a huge industrial dehumidifier and a very loud fan taking up the little space we had. Drywall dust was everywhere due to the proper precautions not being made to keep the area contained, making it hard to breathe in the room. My roommate and I had to set up our own dust barrier with bed sheets due to the
