Needs more care in the outside. Inside so far for the apartment I visit, looks good... It has a very nice design in the outside but it really needs a hand ✋✋

I have lived here for a while and it has been bliss. MR Haim (the owner)and his employees (Management team) are Extremely professional and always made sure I was satisfied with any work that had to be done before leaving. Its very unusual to live in a place where the owner followed up immediately or when feasible. I am in a remodeled apartment that is spacious, ,clean and very affordable also the building is quiet. My neighbors are wonderful and respectful. The grounds are kept immaculate including the swimming pool. It’s a great place to live that is conveniently located. It’s close to the Mall, bus lines, downtown and schools as well. I have lived in many places throughout my life and I have to say this is by far one of the best ones I have ever lived in. When you enter the office it has mold all over the room , trash all over the floor and the employees didn’t great my husband and I once we entered. Instead we yelled at and told they would see us in a hour after we already had a scheduled appointment as there hours are 8am-5pm. Save yourself a trip , this place is not worth it.

I'm a tenant here and have been for about 2 months. Best place my family and I have lived. They allow animals and are very accommodating to people and their needs. The swimming pool and laundry facilities are clean and well maintained. The maintenance men as well as the new owner can turn a gutted apartment into a masterpiece. I absolutely love my apartment!!!

I have recently moved into a 2 bedroom apartment. It is very clean, and everything in working order. Upon moving in, I noticed that 1 of the refrigerator door side rails had some tape on it, so I brought it up to the owner. When I returned the next day, moving in was a week in progress, the rail had been replaced. I only had 1 load of furniture in, and yet, the one issue I had seen was fixed! This location is VERY well maintained, both the common lawn areas and the laundry areas. I am EXTREMELY happy with my choice of living arrangements and would definitely recommend this place to friends and family!
