Windsor Cornerstone Apartments

We would like to sincerely thank the entire Windsor Cornerstone team for a wonderful living experience. We have lived here since the early Modera management, and since Windsor took over, the community has improved significantly in every way. The maintenance team was outstanding and consistently went above and beyond, and the management team was always welcoming, professional, and responsive. The location is incredibly convenient Baptist Health is within walking distance, the lake walk is beautiful, and access to Miami is very easy. Overall, a truly positive and memorable place to live.

I’ve had such a wonderful experience living in this apartment community. From the moment I moved in, everything has been great. The area is absolutely beautiful, with peaceful surroundings and lovely scenery that make it a really enjoyable place to live. The management team has always been amazing kind, professional, and very helpful whenever I needed anything. Maintenance has also been outstanding. Every time I submitted a request, they responded quickly and fixed the issue efficiently. I am soon moving out and I will definitely miss this community and the great people who manage it. I’m very grateful for the time I spent here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for a great place to live.

BEWARE OF ALL THE FAKE REVIEWS!!!! this place is paying for reviews or making fake accounts to offset any negative feedback they receive. This has been a long time coming but I have to post this review. We have lived here for nearly a year and it continues to go down hill fast. It started with trash, then went to dog pee and poop all over, then dog attacks, now back to more trash, parties, weed smoke and bugs bugs bugs. The roach problem is out of control. Probably due to the trash all over. Oh and if you have little kids, don’t expect them to nap through all the fire alarms. (The BS response about this is hilarious, there is in fact no dog wash and aggressive breeds all over the place.) They also say they have a dog wash, this place does not. It’s locked 24/7. Also, no breed restriction

I was fortunate enough to stay here for a year and throughout that time I never had any bad experience. Location is perfect due to the fact you’re right next to the highway and pretty much in the middle of everything which I found convenient. The gym was always well kept and had everything I needed to get my exercise in. As a dog owner I was happy with the area. It was safe and felt like home when walking my dog. However, nothing came close to the customer service given by the one and only Loredana. She didn’t just make you feel welcomed. She always made sure you felt like priority. Above all else, her kindness towards my dog will not be forgotten. I highly recommend for people to at least take a tour to see for yourself.

It is truly a blessing when you have chosen to live at a residence with great people that go the extra mile.....without even asking. My building manager proactively reached out in my absence and saved the day. Thank you for great service quality and professional support 👏 Loredana is a superstar ✨️ 🙌
