Windsor Clearwater Apartments

I recently toured this community and was genuinely very impressed! Every apartment I saw was well maintained and had a warm and welcoming feel. I also had the chance to meet the maintenance team, Victor, Nikol, and Aldo, and they were all wonderful. They were friendly, professional, and clearly take pride in their work, which really stood out to me. My favorite part of the visit was seeing the amenities and common areas, which were all gorgeous. Overall, my experience here was excellent, and I would highly recommend this community to anyone looking for a beautiful and well cared for place to call home.

I have been living in windsor for almost 6 months now me and boyfriend honestly really love it here. Jasmine and Sara are very personable and sweet and the maintenance is defiantly on top of things like keeping the community clean and following up on maintenance request. We love the different food trucks and the events windsor hosts to bring the community together. The only problem i have is parking. I always have a issue with finding a parking spot around my building after 9pm which sucks because i have to walk far when it is chilly outside. I wish we had visitor parking spots or preferred parking that u could pay extra for instead of having to get a garage. Other then that i enjoy windsor and would recommend it to anyone looking for a nice apartment complex in clearwater!

Edit: I’m adding this disclaimer even though the complex is still wonderful, but, by god make sure you know who lives above you. If there is children living in that unit their running will sound like a stampede that will shake your windows and walls. I haven’t heard anything from adjacent neighbors but the ceiling is paper thin, they will tell you about it but it’s something your can’t really gauge until you’ve actually started living here. You will hear every single footstep (pray they don’t have a heavy step), dragging of furniture, and vacuum. My best advice is if you find an apartment you like here try and understand who lives around you, and if you live on the 2nd or 3rd floor be sure to get rugs to help with the noise for the sake of your downstairs neighbors. This is a beautiful community and we have enjoyed living here for the last year. Dog friendly even though we do t have pets I enjoy visiting with others that do. Great pool and they maintenance it quickly when needs arise. We had a B4 floor plan and the extra closet on the master is so great! Very hard to find in apartments!!

My roommate and I just recently moved into this complex and our experience from the tour-now has been the best yet in Florida. Sara gave us the tour for our apartment here and she was so welcoming, helpful, and communicative. She never left us hanging and answered all of our questions fast, reached out to us, followed up, and just made the whole process a lot easier.
