I am deeply grateful to Windsor Cityline for being my home for an entire year. It wasn’t just an apartment—it was a place where I felt safe, welcomed, and truly at peace. I honestly have nothing to complain about. Every day there gave me something special, but the hardest part was saying goodbye to such a beautiful place that gifted me unforgettable memories and some of the most beautiful sunsets I’ve ever seen. Thank you, Windsor, for giving me a year I will always remember. And thank you, Jalen, for always being so kind, attentive, and genuinely caring—you made a bigger difference than you probably realize. Windsor Cityline will forever hold a special place in my heart.

I had a great experience touring Windsor CityLine Apartments. Yesenia gave us an amazing tour and was extremely professional, friendly, and knowledgeable. She took the time to answer all of our questions and made sure we felt comfortable throughout the entire process. The property is clean, well maintained, and in a great location. Yesenia did a great job highlighting everything the community has to offer and made the experience smooth and enjoyable. Highly recommend asking for her if you’re considering this property.

I wish I could say this has been a good experience, but it hasn’t. The leasing process was smooth and the staff have been nice, but the actual apartment itself has been disappointing and frustrating from day one. When I moved in, the garbage disposal didn’t work, several lights were out, there were ants in the kitchen, the windows were filthy, and the freezer had not been cleaned well. One bathroom sink drains slow, blinds (which I've cleaned) and ceiling fans were caked with dust, and the floors are badly worn and damaged—something I regret not noticing sooner because I would not have signed here. Over a month in, I still feel the need to Clorox wipe everything just to feel somewhat clean. Honestly, most hotel rooms I stay in while traveling are in better condition than this apartment.

She made the whole experience feel welcoming and stress-free. The property is beautiful, and thanks to Yesenia, I could really picture myself living here. Highly recommend!

I truly cannot say enough good things about Stefany. She has been an absolute standout as a leasing agent. She is extremely helpful, kind, patient, and consistently professional in every interaction. Even during frustrating situations, Stefany has always worked with me and never made me feel dismissed or brushed off. Any time I have had a concern or needed support, she has been responsive and proactive, and she always does what she can to make things right. She is also incredibly quick with maintenance requests and follow-ups. Her communication is excellent as well, and she is very prompt and reliable over email, which I really appreciate. Whenever I have gone to the office to talk through an issue, Stefany has been genuinely apologetic, attentive, and committed to finding a solution. Yo
