Windsor Brookhaven Apartments

Windsor at Brookhaven is truly the best community. Always a community event to attend the staff is amazing. Leandra is awesome ! Any problems they get then fixed. Thankful to live in such a great community .

I really enjoy living at Windsor Brookhaven. It's within walking distance to grocery stores, restaurants, and other retail, and still close enough to downtown for my morning commutes. The property is maintained extremely well, maintenance addresses requests in a timely manner, and everyone (including most residents) are pretty friendly. I especially like working with the leasing staff. Leandra was the leasing agent that introduced me to the community when I moved in over a year ago, and she assisted (recently) in the process of renewing my lease. Honestly, the entire office staff is wonderful. I've stayed in several apartment communities throughout Atlanta and Windsor Brookhaven has been the best, hands down. I'm looking forward to another year in my unit!

I’ve lived at Windsor Brookhaven for over five years, and it really does feel like home. It’s been a great place to live all these years. The property is beautiful and well taken care of, but what truly makes the difference is the people. The staff is friendly, professional, and always helpful, and the maintenance team is fast and reliable. You can tell they genuinely care about the residents and the community they’ve created. I’m grateful to live here and would absolutely recommend Windsor Brookhaven to anyone looking for more than just an apartment.

I was going to move but decided to stay after viewing other apartment complexes. This one has so much to offer with the at-door pickup of trash every night to the beautiful hallways and available reserved parking spots. I love all the people in the office and the maintenance crew is phenomenal! They are so professional but still personable. I enjoy talking with them when I see them around. They are starting a lot of updates with a new roof and now HVAC systems. I hope they keep it going. A nicer lobby entrance and I would love to see a rooftop outdoor space on the 8th-floor top-tier parking deck to keep up with the competition!! This place is a wonderful place to call home!

Great complex, very safe and welcoming community. Their maintenance team is always quick to service. We’re glad to have called Windsor Apartments home for the last two years. We’ve loved our time here and loved the convenience it’s provided.
