Windsor at Midtown Apartments

Our house sold quicker then we thought so we rented at Windsor at Midtown for 7 months while we looked for a place to buy. First of all, it's hard to find a nice apratment to rent for a short period of time in Atlanta, but WIndsor offers that flexiblity. Our lesing agent Andrea did a great job touring us around and helping us secure our apartment. We've recieved excellent attention and response from the maintenace staff whenever we had an issue, i.e. lights under cabinets not working properly, and when our oven stove was not calibrating to the correct internal temperature, they brought us a new oven - in other words they went above and beyond! Very Good Experience! I have been living here at Windsor for almost 5 years. I have never had any major issues and my stay here has been pleasant. The maintenance team has always been amazing. I will say over the years the management was..Meh:..a little hit or miss, some times were better than others. However, since Janell started working here she has made our stay here consistently WONDERFUL. She is absolutely amazing. I hope she works in management here for years to come. Janell always goes above and beyond the call of duty, she is ALWAYS eager to help, her response time is ALWAYS prompt and she is ALWAYS SO nice and friendly. The most awful experience we ever had, lived there for 3,5 month, and it was disgusting. The apt was not prepared and was dirty. Very unprofessional stuff. We signed lease for a sunnyside apt, because we have kids, but at the check-in day, they decided to change the apt to another, knowing that we relocated from another state and we have no choice. Apt was full of mold on the walls everywhere. Also it has different temperature in rooms, if you want warm bedroom, you will get super hot living room and vice versa. Never suggest this community. You can get better apt for this amount near by.

10 months in, it’s been a great experience starting from the tree lined street all the way to my living space. Coming from a big city luxury apartment this is more my speed. It’s spacious, surrounded by beautiful greenery and feels like a home. Windsor Midtown is quiet, accessible to everything like the park, church and restaurants.I absolutely 💕 the pool, looking forward to the opening. I’ve met really nice neighbors and have nothing but great things to say about the always courteous, professional, patient and attentive staff especially Jenelle and Oscar. I’m considering staying an additional year if they’ll have me just because it’s so cozy and I like the immediate attention given when I have questions, concerns or maintenance needs. What a wonderful apartment! My partner and I have lived at Windsor at Midtown nearly three years, and we’ve absolutely loved it! The apartment is so beautiful, and the location right by Piedmont Park couldn’t be better. The building and walls feel super solid, and noise has never been an issue at all. There is always plenty of parking in the garage. The pool is perfect for swimming laps in the summer. The leasing and maintenance staff have always been super responsive, friendly, helpful, and professional, and any issues we’ve had have been resolved promptly. All in all, I would highly recommend this apartment for anyone wanting to live Midtown. The only reason we are leaving is that work is taking us up north, so we have to relocate. We’ll miss this place!!
