Windsor at Broadway Station Apartments

I recently moved into my new apartment complex, and I cannot say enough great things about my experience—especially because of Troy. He truly made my decision easy. From the very beginning, he was knowledgeable, kind, and incredibly attentive. He remembered the small details about my likes and dislikes and helped me find a space that felt like the right fit for both me and my 12-year-old daughter. That personal touch meant so much. The maintenance team, Joey, Mike, and Gary, were BEYOND helpful and kind. I moved in only 2 weeks ago and had concerns to address as a first-time apartment tenant. They tended to all of them whether by explaining the product/issue, or fixing it then and there all within a little over an hour. Very grateful for the assistance of my requests and their friendliness. ♥️

Prepare to be disappointed. Poorly managed by Windsor Associates. Do not trust Windsor Property Management for your housing needs. I cannot stress enough how terrible my experience was at Windsor at Broadway Station. When I moved from another state, I was shocked how dirty my apartment was. The kitchen was covered in grime, the bathrooms were filthy, and the floors were disgusting. The dryer system was filled with lint, blinds and windows were caked in dirt, and all the window screens were broken-it was clear that no effort had been made to clean or prepare the apartment for a new tenant. We are so appreciative of Gary on the maintenance team! He is always so fast (like 30 minutes after I submit an order, he’s at the door) and so communicative! Whenever we see him around the property, he always is smiling and waving. Thanks to him for making living here even better!
