Possibly the worst experience as a renter. The property is heavily drug infested and the rental company does nothing to protects its property nor there tenants. They will however allow your car to be towed for the smallest of reasons such as loading your car so your not parked in a parking spot so lets tow for that reason even though the tenant is currently carrying things to the car. Bugs are a problem and the maintenance staff is yet to be found. No one answers the phone at the rental office so you cant even speak to a person. Please stay away from this property as the only tenants there are litterally the problem with the city. Lazy, ghetto, and loud there is no sense of community nor pride.
