Windsor Apartments

Windsor Apartments look nice from the outside, but the inside experience has not matched the appearance. The laundry room machines do not wash clothes properly, which is frustrating for residents who rely on them. The walls are extremely thin, so noise travels very easily between units. Maintenance interactions have felt uncomfortable and unprofessional at times, which makes it difficult to fully relax in your own home. Professionalism and respect should always be a priority in any residential community. Future tenants should make sure to thoroughly inspect their specific unit and ask detailed questions before signing a lease.

I’ve been living here for a month now, and I truly enjoy it. The grounds are beautifully maintained, with constant care for the plants and landscaping, making everything look amazing. The neighbors are pleasant and quiet, which creates a peaceful atmosphere. I’m especially grateful to Property Manager Debbiann - she was a pleasure to work with, guided me through every step, showed and explained everything clearly. I really appreciate her help and hope to keep feeling this way in the future!

I lived at this apartment for two years, and I can honestly say it was a fantastic experience from start to finish. The property manager Debbiann, is incredible—friendly, professional, and always willing to help. She truly cares about the residents and made the entire process of living there smooth and stress-free. The maintenance technician Leroy, was equally amazing. Any issues we had (which were very few) were addressed quickly and efficiently. He’s reliable, courteous, and really knows his stuff. The apartment itself was comfortable, well-maintained, and felt like home. The community was peaceful, and the overall environment was welcoming and safe. I highly recommend this place to anyone looking for a quality apartment with excellent management. You’ll be in good hands with Debbiann

I’ve been living at the windsor apartment for 2 years and it’s been a great experience so far! Love the proximity to the train station, the skyline view , and the friendly neighborhood ! The property manager Debiann is very accommodating and the maintenance manager Leroy is very friendly ! Maintenance gets done very quickly if there’s ever an issue. Great place to live!

Our experience at Windsor Apartments was wonderful. Jaimee (the property manager) is a renter's dream! She is extra responsive, understanding, kind and really cares about her tenants. We had a couple issues with hot water and drainage, and whenever we had an issue, they were almost immediately resolved. Even during a pandemic, the staff were responsive and always friendly. I would recommend this complex to any prospective renter! And the city view is an added bonus :)
