I’ve been living in this community for over a year now and will be renewing. The units are spacious, especially for the price. The pool is salt water instead of chlorine which is a huge plus. 2 modern gyms open 24/7. The common areas are comfortable. Overall it has a cozy vibe to it. Gaby is kind and always willing to help. She goes above and beyond to ensure everyone is happy. She also plans events and fun activities. Being from NY and comparing it to other complexes I toured in the area, it’s well worth it for what you get.

Dear Gavi and the Management Team, I am writing to share how much I absolutely love living in this apartment ! The place is wonderful—very clean, well-organized, and beautifully maintained. The maintenance team and the rest of the staff are extremely helpful, attentive, and quick to solve any issues that arise. I especially want to mention that Gavi has been very supportive and always ready to help with anything I need. The amenities here are fantastic. The leisure areas are spacious, the gyms are great, and everything is kept in excellent condition. My apartment itself is gorgeous on the inside, with a modern design that makes me feel very happy and comfortable. Overall, I am super satisfied and truly enjoy living here.
