Windsong Place Apartments

I lived here for 8 years and had a great experience! The area is very safe and quiet, and conveniently located in Williamsville. Windsong has sidewalks all throughout the complex which is great for walking, especially if you have a dog. All of our neighbors and people we've met in the complex have always been very friendly and respectful. There is a small gym which is nice for a quick apartment workout and also a pool which is great in the summer. Maintenance is amazing and is quick to respond to work orders, and they are outstanding with snow removal in the winter. The units themselves are very nice and spacious. If you are looking for an apartment I highly recommend windsong!

Recently I’ve have had maintenance issues with my apartment. The team of guys came in and took care of the issues and did a phenomenal job. They where very polite and gave 💯. They where knowledgeable and also gave wonderful feedback back and educational tricks so, I would not have further issues. Thank you.

Amazing Complex. Took a tour and the front office worked so fast which allowed me to move in within less then 2 days… during the Hollidays! Customer service is top notch as well, specifically the ladies at the front office. The complex is very maintained so you rarely ever have to call for help, but if you do, their knocking on your door within the hour. Neighbors and the surrounding folks are extremely pleasant and quiet too! I rarely write reviews but I had. Thank you for making life in Buffalo easy!!!

It’s nice to see that Windsong can reply to almost each one of their Google reviews, but refuses to respond to their tenant’s actual needs and concerns. Let me tell you one thing this winter when we had the “salt shortage “ They sent a text telling you don’t go outside if you don’t have to and walk like a penguin if you do… Then come spring only a couple of weeks later they had a shipment of mulch delivered put a tarp over it and guess what they used to weigh the tarp down? Right bags and bags of rock salt. Where was this in the winter time when we needed it? I know they’re gonna say they just got it… BS … All I do know is they love their residence… Money There was one review that said they don’t charge you a monthly pet fee only a deposit, that is false. They charge you a deposit per pet

UPDATE: I still have not received a call from upper management, or anyone from this company at all for that matter. Ever. I VERY STRONGLY do NOT recommend renting here. This is the most unprofessional, unethical situation I have ever been put in as a renter. I would not rent here if you do not expect to pay $400-$500 or more a month in electricity charges in the summer. We started renting in June of 2024 and immediately the AC did not work. We put in about 4 maintenance requests, had several people in and out of the apartment telling us it was different things wrong with it, and it never got fixed in the end. The apartment was around 75-80 degrees all summer long and never reached the temperature that the AC was set to. They came in September and told me that ‘it didn’t get down to the co
