Windrose Apartments

My wife and I have lived at windrose for about two years and we love it. It is peaceful and quiet at night. The majority of the property is set back off of the street adding to a calm environment. It is clean with well maintained grounds throughout. What’s really made it an enjoyable tenancy is the Windrose team. Yvette is highly responsive whenever I have reached out to the front office for any reason. The maintenance team is fast and respectful anytime they need to enter your unit to complete requested repairs or necessary inspections. Special shout out to Arturo who came in on his day off when I managed to lock myself out of my garage on a Sunday. Looking forward to many more years of residency.

I have been a tenant of Windrose Apartments for 2 consecutive years and have no complaints. The property is well maintained, quiet, and the other tenants I’ve interacted with are all very pleasant. Maintenance requests have always been answered and resolved within 24hrs. If there are to be disruptions to running water or electricity for repairs they always give ample notice. What really makes this place spectacular, however, is the Windrose team. I’ve only met Yvette in person once but she has been clear and prompt in all our email correspondence. Arturo on the other hand I see quite often and is always a pleasure to see his smiling face. I would highly recommend Windrose to anyone looking for a comfortable home in Anaheim.

First off the apartment manager Yvette is awesome, she's very friendly and professional. I looked at 21 apartment homes before I found Windrose apartments. As soon as I walked into the apartment Yvette showed me, I knew this was going to be my home. I couldn't of found a better place to move into because of everything they have to offer. It's is quite here and the neighbors are friendly and respectful. Landscaping is pretty and kept up everyday. Having maintenance people on site and the manager on site during business hours is a plus too.

Been here 17 years, one of the old timers. Over all very happy here, there's been a few things, but overall it's been nice. Yvette and Arturo have always been there for me when needed. I was close to work, now retired. Sense the new management company took over they have been upgrading and taking care of the property. Rents have gone up, but that's to be expected. Overall I would recommend it, but remember things do change with time. Right now at this time, I am extremely happy where I am at. Some people may agree, some not. I have lived in this area for 40+ years, no it well, this is a great location.

We have called Windrose Apartments in Anaheim home for over 10 years. The community is well maintained, quiet, and located close to shopping and freeways. We are on a first name basis with the on site staff who are friendly, professional, and responsive whenever questions or maintenance requests come up. Maintenance issues are handled promptly. Added benefits are the in unit washer/dryer and single car garage along with a carport. Overall, Windrose Apartments feels like a comfortable and well-cared-for place to call home.
