I would strongly caution prospective tenants to document everything if you choose to live here. We lived at this property for over two and a half years. Our unit was not in clean or fully repaired condition at move-in (including chipped bathroom tile and a wall-mounted soap tray that had been ripped off), and shared areas were frequently left unmaintained throughout our tenancy, including trash being left in the breezeway directly outside our apartment for extended periods of time (see attached photos). Additionally, the gated entry points to the property were frequently left non-operational and remained open for extended periods of time. Lived here for over a year now and really never would have expected apartment life to be as good as it is here.This place exceeded my expectations. The management team is very considerate, communicative, accessible, and accommodating to say the least. The location has many new restaurants, amenities anyone would need, and it’s very close to entertainment and HWY as well. Nice pool, weight room, party room, and never had a problem with noise or parking. Their entire team is really great: Morgan-Amber-Maria-Scott!

Do not recommend. There’s always something to complain about. First floor sucks you can hear everything upstairs. If you have a newborn they can’t nap during the day because the workers outside are always working all day making noise. You complain to the managers and they do nothing.

we recently moved into these apartments on october 1st , we have been here for about a month and a half , and honestly it’s terrible , i mean yes it looks nice on the outside and to the eye but we have had continuous issues with our sink in the kitchen leaking everywhere , ants as well as cockroaches which they never came and sprayed after confirming twice in 2 weeks they would , the management sucks so bad , especially amber , she is nothing but unprofessional and rude , i would never recommend these apartments to anyone , we are paying $1450 + all these other fees plus for a trash service we don’t even use so about $1560 total for 650 sf when sedona ranch behind these for 8-900 sf is only $1100 and wayyyy nicer , the walls are terribly thin and you can hear ur neighbors breath , they bar
