Windmill Lakes Apartments

Windmill Lakes is a beautiful and quiet community in Pembroke Pines with wonderful neighbors. Over the past months, the old property management companies that many residents had concerns about have been replaced, and the community is now moving in a much better direction. It’s great to see positive changes happening and residents working together to improve the neighborhood. The area is peaceful, well located, and full of friendly people who care about their community. Windmill Lakes truly has the potential to be one of the nicest places to live in the area.

A beautiful place to live, very peaceful and with all amenities nearby. A close-knit and friendly community, excellent green spaces with beautiful wildlife. I recommend it to any family. I've owned a property here for a year now and I'm very happy with the management and the neighbors.

The place tows cars even if they’re in their assigned reserved spot so the towing company can make a quick buck. Then they gaslight the owner and do it again.

I went to visit a property for sale here and it looks like the HOA association has abandoned the property. The gates were broken and the pool was dirty and non functional for who knows how long. Doesn’t seem livable or safe.
