The Russian security lady at the gate has always been rude, unreasonable, and have made it so difficult to live at the apartment. Out of the many incidences I had, one example would be when I borrowed the club house for the day, the security lady came up to my family to argue and yell that we weren’t allowed to use the swimming pool. She even came up to our apartment door to yell at us to clean up the area despite already cleaning it. I tried explaining to her that we did clean the area but she cut me off, saidi “I’m not finished“ and continued to berate us. I finally moved out of that place and recently went to pick up a package that was accidentally sent there.
