Windham Court: Wichita Apartments

We're a family of four and Robin at Windham Court apartments were great. All the staff was helpful and friendly. Our apartment is spacious, clean, and met our expectations. It's always been very quiet, and never had any noise issues whatsoever. We'll definitely move back into Windham Court apartments in the future, if we ever are back in the area again. Bye :)

I'm coming up on four years of residency at this complex and I absolutely love it! The staff is very friendly and prompt when it comes to getting things fixed. Windham Court offers some amazing amenities that are available to all the residents such as: a large swimming pool, a fitness area, a dry sauna, a computer room equipped with a printer and changing areas with working showers. Honestly, it a great location at a lower monthly cost. Stop on by and see if the Windham Court family is for you, we'd love to have you!

My experience at this place has been an over all positive one. Since we have started living here in March, they have constantly been adding value into the property. They have installed brand new windows into our apartment, they have added handrails, they have redone the steps and sidewalk, and they have worked on the roof. For maintenance requests, they are handled in a timely fashion. Their crew is kind and welcoming. They do routine inspection for pests. We have a mantle and wanted to mount our tv and they added an electrical socket. The price of rent we have been happy with. Sometimes the hallways smell bad but they clean at least once a week. They have two washers and two dryers per building. We wish we had more as sometimes we have to wait to do laundry when someone else is using the

I have lived at Windam Court going on 2 yrs as of August '25. I was going to buy a house but decided against it due to personal reasons but also because living in the Apt complex is great. I drive OTR and I'm basically never home. I can leave my apt for months on end knowing that my apt is secure. The complex is safe,clean and the staff is always very friendly. The from desk staff always answers emails if there are issues and they have the maintenance staff get ontop of what ever the issue is. The maintenance staff is constantly walking around the complex making sure all the common areas are clean and debris free. They just replaced all the concrete steps leading into each building they put Vanity walls up around all the AC units, they added new curbing and flowers to clean up all the old

I’ve lived at Windham Court Apartments for the last 3years and is a great, clean, and safe place to live . From working out in their fitness room to having gatherings and small parties in their club house. I can count on their facilities team at all times , as little as changing my light bulb to making sure our stairs and parking lots are cleared from snow or ice. They have the best facility team, any problem you have they address it as soon as possible. The office ladies are the best, very nice , always trying to make sure you feel comfortable and apartment units are always nice and clean.
