Windgate Ranch Scottsdale

I have been in and around this community on many occasions. I would approximate that nine in ten homes in this community have pools. These are nice pools, too. I have swam in at least two of these pools. There are adequate spots for stake outs in the neighborhood. Above average street names. I will return.

Not a fun place to be. Too many juveniles roaming like free range chickens and snooty atmosphere plus seniors with real attitudes. Never going back even though the clubhouse & pool areas were nice.

Wingate Ranch is a very beautiful subdivision. Gated community.

Surrounded by Sonoran desert with mountain views, this gorgeous community is a gem with all of the amenities. Near the gated entrance, you'll find tennis, community pools, grassy plaza and community center. There are smaller park areas throughout connected by walking paths and you can step outside the gates to the Gateway Trailhead.

I like when get ranch it's very nice and upscaled. It has a good desert setting with many trails hiking areas biking areas plenty of things to do in that region!
