The doorman are racist and unhelpful, they made many unreasonable rules to make your life harder.🙃 They throw my package which more than 100$ liquids and tell me “it has fire hazard and you can try to find it in the garbage room”. After that the doorman block my phone number and prevent my uber eats delivery. I do think the young white doorman hold very different attitude to different races, and very rude to Asians. I sometimes found them arguing with Asian delivery drivers. I feel hurting and miserable sometimes when I need help. Plz be careful when you choose this building.

I really wanted to leave positive reviews but for this building I can’t. 1. The front desk are the rudest people you will ever met. One or two are good but it’s funny that even for these two people I heard words from residents that they are not helpful. 2. For some units, I don’t think you will be able to get rid of the bugs/roaches. They will NOT leave. A neighbor also reported she had clothes moth. Pest control they had does not help.

The desk guy is sometimes rude but overall helpful. The super is very mean to Asian tenants. Every time this guy just yelled at me in the public, terrible manners.

A beautiful building built. In the turn of the 20th century. Presently undergoing updated renovations. A swimming pool, gym, and wonderful rooftop with a grand view of the city!

The roof has great views of the city and of the river The apartments are also very modern and up to date
