It has been a huge pleasure working with Windermere Properties. Brittany has done an outstanding job managing my condo. She handles all problems immediately and keeps me in the loop. The tenants also like her and appreciates her quick responses. She has handled serious problems with the HOA efficiently and effectively and found ways to make things happen that I couldn’t. When tenants moved out on short notice, she has quickly found new tenants. Everything is handled professionally and accurately. I really appreciate all they do for me!

Best renting experience I’ve had in Davis! Aimee was professional and responsive when we chose our rental. Any time we needed maintenance Lyon was quick to send someone for repairs. We recieved our full security deposit back. We did a full cleaning and left the unit without damages as we always do, but this was the first property management that gave the full deposit back. They are the honest and professional choice.

I never really leave reviews but my wife and I had such a great experience. We've gone through the home buying process before so we were aware of all of the steps but were not used to how much easier the process could be when you have someone like Kyler helping you out. From our first meeting, he took the time to understand our needs. His knowledge of the area we were looking in was refreshing since we've met with a few other agents that were nice but didn't go that extra mile to make genuine reccomendations. Kyler was always available and was cheery even when we had a million questions. On top of it all, he helped us navigate a tricky/competitive bidding process. We couldn't be happier with our new home, and we're so grateful for Kyler's help. Would highly recommend!!!

He is my go-to resource for anything related to real estate because he is responsive, supportive, knowledgeable, and great at explaining complicated info. He is also a joy to be around.
