We worked with Anastasia Reed to sell our house in West Seattle, and I have never had a better experience with a realtor. We were moving to the East coast, and after we had gone Anastasia took the lead on getting some necessary repairs done to our house. She and her team made the house look beautiful, and we got a full price offer two days after listing. Anastasia was an absolute dream to work with, and I can’t recommend her highly enough. If you’re thinking of buying or selling in West Seattle, you need to work with her. She knows the neighborhood perfectly, and she can advise you as much as you need her to. I feel so blessed that we found her; she took so much stress out of a time that we were navigating a cross-country move. Choose her, you won’t regret it.

This office has many realtors that I would trust and love to work with. For example, Mike Mallagh is an amazing realtor and very trustworthy. However, we purchased a property in West Seattle in which Jayme Johnson was the listing agent. There was an offer review date for the property, and we came in with the winning offer. Jayme ended up shopping our offer around for a week, and subsequently claimed she had received new offers a week after the original review date. We ultimately ended up paying $70k over our original offer to get the home. Is this practice legal in Washington when you have an offer review date? If so, I guess no problem; it’s just part of the game. If not, this should be looked into.

Michael Mallagh and Denisa Webb are the worst real estate brokers I have ever worked with. They showed zero respect to other parties in the business. They lied a lot and played all tricks to fool you. I will never consider doing business with them in the future.

This is the best real estate office in all of West Seattle. We have the nicest top agents in the business! And everyone else, staff, tech team, etc. are also super nice!
