We really appreciated his flexibility with house hunting, that he was always sending us new stuff that popped up, and his timeliness with communication. He was super patient with us in our decision making and encouraged us to take our time instead of rushing to find something. They have confirmed why I don’t use realtors. Nothing but one lie after another. Asked the agent several times to pull the offer he refused and allowed the buyer to sign after the offer had expired. He offered a home warranty then tried charging me for it holding up closing twice! He went back and forth with buyers leaving us 19 days to move out of a home we had owned for almost 30 years claiming the buyer refused to extend the closing date come to find out he never even asked them luckily the buyer and I spoke and they allowed us another 2 weeks to move out. There was several items we offered the buyer and our agent claimed he asked them and they didn’t want any of those items come to find out he never even asked them and they did in fact want those items!
