Windermere Association Management

We’ve toured a couple properties by them and every time they are disgusting. Nothing has been cleaned, some have water damage or damage from smokers, and one flared up my allergies (allergic to a couple types of mold). Would not rent a property from them.

Lived in two separate condos whom both fell under the management of Windermere. Pacific Woods and Clearbrook Village both were managed by some Shrek looking lady who hated dogs. Think twice when looking at who manages the HOA.
