Winder Woods Apartments

Management, specifically Tiffany, is a joke. Visited a friend today. We both made sure to lock (both the deadbolt and chain) the back door because she was suspicious of someone coming in while she wasn't home. We left and ran some errands. When we returned, the back door was UNLOCKED (both the chain and deadbolt), as well as her storage closet out back. She tried addressing the issue with Tiffany (who has a key- maintenance already confirmed it wasn't them), and was basically told that it wasn't her problem. She spoke to me with an astounding attitude, just because i'm not a tenant, when I verified that we did indeed lock up before leaving. Just ridiculous.

I lived there with my mom for 4 years. It was an ideal place to live. Right behind the apartment complex is Publix, Papa John's, Cato, a gas station, Domino's, GNC, a gym, a furniture store lol, everything you could wAnt, and Walmart's maybe a 10 minute drive down the street! The apartment was in excellent condition. The upkeep was great, exterminators came by every few months, the lawn was cut every week. The amount of space you get for the price is excellent. I've seen both the 2-bedroom apartments and the 1-bedroom and both are spacious and cozy. There's a lot of storage space, many closets, the countertops are perfect, as are the cabinets. That place was easy to love. My only complaint was how thin the walls were. We could hear our neighbors coughing in the next apartment over, which

The place looked ok like Most of the “Boyd Management” properties but the Unprofessionalism is ridiculous! Seems like all they want is the $25 application fees then after that your on your own smh .. even tried applying for a different property ran by the same management co. After I submitted my application & money order they completely went Ghost.. no response Via email , no answering phones , no call backs.. nothing! .. I would not recommend renting from “Boyd Management” keep the $50 bucks ..

Very peaceful community with great tenants who has been living here a long time.

Low income and clean.
