I’ve been living here for almost two years now and it’s great! The office managers are awesome! Super understanding and helpful! The maintenance guys are super nice and helpful!
I have live at Windemere Apts for over 5 years now. I love living here. Quiet and Peaceful. Anytime I have a maintenance problem they respond immediately with great communication!. Josh and Kenny are always efficient with all repairs. Office Staff Sarah and Krystal are always welcoming when you reach out with any questions or concerns! Office Staff is great! Windermere Apts is a great place to live. NF
I moved in 6-28-23 and Did not know what to expect since I rented out a 2-2 Apartment blind. The apartment was being renovated and remodeled which they are doing to all of the apartments. Also They are repainting all the buildings which will take awhile but it is being done. The apartments are in a while being redone. When I met the manager and assistant manager they were very professional and also very nice. They answered all my questions and let me know everything i needed and wanted to know. When I moved in and saw my apartment i was impressed. Everything since its being renovated, was new and was pretty nice. Over all I really like being here so far, Managers are super nice, people here are friendly that I met, and overall it exceeded my expectations. Also just an FYI here in the fresn
Maintenance is efficient and gets my work orders done when the office says they will. Kenny and the rest of the staff are great! I wish they would keep the laundry up a little better, and we would love to be able to enjoy the pool beyond the hours of 9-4 Monday to Friday— that’s not convenient at all, specially after it was closed for the last 2 1/2 years.
We’ve lived here for a couple of years now. The managers are always nice and are willing to help whenever needed. The maintenance is great at fixing anything that we’ve come across (which wasn’t much) There’s a couple big areas of grass that my kids love playing on. The pool has been stage to multiple birthday parties.
