They built our house quickly, so that was good and the house is pretty. We had it built within 4 months after closing. We moved in May 2020. However, Windemere lacked professionalism, quality, and responsiveness. We ordered two or three upgrades to the house that were not completed at the time of the final walkthrough. There were also multiple errors committed concerning where we had requested certain ceiling fixtures to be excluded or included. This process was not smooth at all. When we actually moved into our home, we encountered some quality issues (probably due to poor material and/or too quickly installed). They build beautiful quality homes but beware of the office staff. They have very poor customer service and treat their customers poorly! Make sure you get everything in writing from office girls. They are good at saying "I didn't say that"
