Windchase Apartments

I came here before and spoke with a Hispanic lady who was very sweet and helpful. I came back today to show my father, but unfortunately another lady was very rude and didn’t want to assist us because we arrived 30 minutes before closing. When I asked for help, she said, “Well, I can’t stop what I’m doing right now. You can have a seat and wait.” It was very disappointing and sad to receive that kind of treatment.

My experience at Windchase Apartments has been deeply troubling, both as a tenant and as someone who understands their rights. I am sharing this to help other renters avoid the stress, financial loss, and misinformation I dealt with—particularly from the property manager, Zuleyka Gonzalez. During my tenancy, I experienced a severe roach infestation. Despite reporting the issue, the problem was never resolved through the property. I ultimately had to spend hundreds of dollars of my own money to make my home livable—something no tenant should ever have to do. To make matters worse, management placed a notice on my door stating that pest control would be entering units to treat the building, yet no one ever came to my apartment, even though I work from home and was present all day. I am extremely dissatisfied with the management at Windchase Apartments. When I moved out, I properly signed a roommate release, and management failed to do their job by updating the lease correctly. Despite this, I was later sent to collections, which damaged my credit, even though I was no longer responsible for the lease. What makes this even worse is the lack of communication and accountability. I called to verify and correct the information, and no one ever called me back to confirm that the issue was fixed in their system. This situation caused unnecessary stress when that could have been completely avoided if management had handled their responsibilities properly. I really appreciated the maintenance team quickly handling my issues if concern. The repairs were efficiently resolved which helped me to be able to focus more on other important concerns in my life. Living here has been a blessing for 'ME" because I've been able to see how improved the community is compared to years ago. Keep up the great work Windchase and hope more tenants/people in general experience positive improvements to their lives during these times of uncertainty. 🙏🏾🤍

I'm just going to make a general statement you have people who are allowing none residents to live with real renters. But after paying the rent they are being illegally put out. The tenants should get their money back from the original renter because they disobeyed the rules of occupancy and warned by the official even though we're living in hard time with no food assistance.
