Wind Dance

I recently toured Winddance Apartments while considering a two-bedroom, two-bath unit. The staff was very nice and pleasant, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, the condition of the property was concerning. As we walked up to the second-floor apartment, the stairwell was very dirty, with cobwebs and trash stains near the door . The stairwell and hallway appeared to need power washing. When I asked about this, I was told the power-washing nozzle was broken and had not been replaced. Inside the apartment, there was a very strong odor. I was informed that the previous tenants allowed their pets to urinate inside the unit and that a small machine was being used to air it out. Hello! Wanted to give a review for the most recent management of the complex. Since taking over, they have been incredibly professional. I once had an issue with online payments, unlike the last couple of managers, the issue was resolved immediately. Any concerns I may have, it doesn't sit for weeks at a time, as soon as someone is available, it is complete. For anyone who is looking for a property that will meet your financial needs as well as, professionalism, well kept, secured, well-organized and great customer service....this is the apartment that you have been looking for. My husband and I recently visited Wind Dance apartments. Katy and Cherisse were extremely polite, professional, and informative. We toured a 2 bedroom that was freshly cleaned, newly painted, and ready for new tenants. The property was clean and quite. There was very little in and out traffic that didn't belong and I could see this as a welcoming environment for college students, young/new families, newlyweds as well as police, fire and EMS employees to live. Thank you Katy and Cherisse for taking time to tour us. Also, I noticed the ladies in the office had great camaraderie! One of them had brought back lunch for the other two. So nice to see coworkers that enjoy each other so much!!

I have been in my current residence at Wind Dance for 6 1/2 years. There have been some tumultuous times and continued turnover over the last few years. However, most recently they have a new Manager Cherisse, who has been doing an Amazing job! I have been extraordinarily impressed with her hands on and personal approach to intervene in getting things done in an expeditious manner. I’m very impressed that she personally came to my apartment to see damages Firsthand and actually did what she said she was going to do to get it taken care of immediately most importantly to note is that she was by herself for quite some time and handling all responsibilities of management SOLO! . Emmanuel has been great! He’s been respectful with our no shoes policy and communicative about the maintenance orders we have placed. Definitely appreciate working with him to make this place our home!
